Service Details

This service is available for customers who need a professional relocation driver but are located outside of our local service area. I am available to travel to your location and safely drive your rental moving truck to your destination. Clients requesting travel services are responsible for covering all travel-related expenses including round-trip flights, lodging accommodations, and meals in addition to the relocation driving service fee. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, I will meet you at your location, review the moving plan, and drive the rental truck to your new destination while you travel comfortably with your family. This service is ideal for long-distance relocations, cross-state moves, or situations where you prefer a reliable driver to handle the transportation of your rental moving truck. Pricing is determined based on distance, relocation details, and travel requirements. Clients requesting travel services must cover round-trip flights, lodging, and meals in addition to the relocation driving service fee. Final pricing will be confirmed during the consultation. The booking session represents the consultation and reservation period. During this time we will review relocation details, confirm travel arrangements, and schedule your moving date. Total driving time and trip duration will vary depending on distance and relocation needs.

Cancellation Policy

Booking requests are subject to driver availability and confirmation. Safe Moves Relocation provides professional relocation driver services for rental moving trucks. Final pricing will be confirmed after reviewing move details such as pickup location, destination, distance, travel time, and rental truck requirements. Fuel, rental truck fees, travel expenses, and lodging (for long-distance moves) are not included unless agreed upon in advance. Customers must ensure the rental truck is reserved and ready at the pickup location before the scheduled service time. Safe Moves Relocation reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings that require excessive travel distance, unsafe driving conditions, or unavailable scheduling A deposit is required to secure all appointments with Safe Moves Relocation and will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits are non-refundable if a customer cancels, misses their appointment, or chooses to reschedule. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If Safe Moves Relocation needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or safety concerns, we will first attempt to reschedule the appointment to the next available date and time. If rescheduling is not possible, the customer’s deposit will be fully refunded.
